We were joined by Hervé Savés presenting his very fine Champagne Camille Savés, Blanc de Noirs (literally white wine from black grapes), Les Loges, Extra Brut.

The wine has red fruit aromas, rich elegant mouthfeel and lovely long lasting flavours n the mouth. With a low dosage of 4.5grammes of sugar per litre, the wine benefits from long raging to allow the complex range of characteristics to develop. Great party bubbly for the best occasions but could easily be served with white meats, shell fish etc.

Again, these wines are exported around the world to Hong Kong, Australia, the US and Canada.
