Compliments to Audrey Braccini - Winemaker at Domaine Ferret - for producing such a delicious wine, that pairs easily with a wide range of dishes. Set in the historic Maconnais region of Burgundy, this open, fruity, slightly buttery, yet still fresh wine is ready to drink!
I served this slow-roasted pheasant legs in a homemade stock of thyme and rosemary with root veg. Magical combo! Round vanilla and caramel, citrus and buttery texture. Fabulous combination.
Available for ~£33 - an easy pleaser with very distinct Burgundian flavours!
