Champagne Autréau is a great family owned champagne producer based in Champillon. This wine is 80% chardonnay and 20% pinot noir. Both fresh and characterful. 

Laurent gives us his brief tasting note and also the best fish in France to have with this wine. Obviously such information is vital to the keen sampler (...as I am sure we all are!).
