Antique longcase clocks for sale - Isaac Nickals an important-George II period longcase clock -Howard Walwyn Antique Clocks, London |
This pinot noir has a wildness to it that I find very attractive. It has the slightly murky dark ruby colour. A lovely aroma of strawberry presse, a hint of cherry.
Great taste of similar red berry fruit joined by a soft dry tannic structure. Really attractive Pinot.
Winemaking notes: 100% whole bunch maceration for between 30 – 50 days. Fermentation finished in oak and stainless steel for ageing on gross lees for a minimum of 10 months. Natural MLF, no filtration, no fining, typically bottled with a small addition of SO2.
It is great to hear that winemakers are taking carbon pollution seriously and taking care to clean up for the sake of the greater good. These vineyards were planted in 2006 by Richard Morris who has gone to great lengths to build a sustainable wine business. I am looking forward to trying their other wines that include a bubbly, a Chardonnay and orange wine.
