In this first part we taste the Brut champagne from Tristan H. This is 60% pinot meunier, 20% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay. This small producer tucked into a tiny village not even on most maps of the area, is producing fresh dry fruity bubbly with great body and length that is crying out for good food pairings.

Special thanks to Tristran H and to Carl "Champagne" Sherman for taking me into the cellars to discover the taste!

We will be posting part 2 of this tasting very shortly so do pop back or like our Facebook page, Google PLus page or other social media channels (See top of right column on this page)
